The East Tennessee Housing Development Corporation is a nonprofit Community Housing Development Organization based in Knoxville, Tennessee.  We work to help change lives and transform communities by developing and rehabilitating quality, affordable housing for community residents and by empowering the financial futures of residents through our Mentoring for Homeownership Program.
