The Mayor, City officials and the East Tennessee Foundation joined with Board and Staff of the ETHDC to celebrate the groundbreaking of two new energy-efficient homes on Bishop Street. Current homeowner on Bishop Street, Emily Stinson, spoke to the crowd about her experience of owning a ETHCD home and she and her husband Rodney welcomed us all to her front porch for Christmas Cookies and Cocoa following the celebration.
